Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Lyssie UGC, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and credits for our digital products and services.

2. Digital Products (UGC Assets)

Pre-Made Assets

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of pre-made UGC assets are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

However, we may offer a refund or credit if:

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be used
  • The product significantly differs from its description
  • Technical issues prevent download (and we cannot resolve them)

3. Custom Commissions

Before Work Begins

Full refund minus a 5% processing fee if cancelled before any work has started.

Work In Progress

If you cancel after work has begun:

  • 0-25% completion: 75% refund
  • 25-50% completion: 50% refund
  • 50-75% completion: 25% refund
  • 75%+ completion: No refund

After Delivery

Once the final deliverables have been sent, refunds are not available. However, we offer revision rounds as specified in your commission agreement.

4. Booking Sessions

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or free rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund (credit for future session available)

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, no refund will be provided. If we fail to attend or have technical difficulties on our end, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

5. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time
  • Any downloads or assets received remain yours to keep

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact us at support@lyssieugc.com
  2. Include your order number or booking reference
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

8. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used for any product or service
  • Is non-transferable

9. Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
