• Custom commission work for brands and businesses

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase
• Pay any applicable taxes

5. Content Ownership & License

Upon full payment for content or commissions:

• You receive a non-exclusive license to use the content for your business purposes
• Lyssie UGC retains the right to use content in portfolio and promotional materials
• You may not resell or redistribute the content as-is
• Usage rights are specified in your purchase agreement

6. Commission Work

For custom commission work:

• A deposit may be required to begin work
• Revision rounds are specified in your agreement
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity

7. Refunds & Cancellations

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through use of the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyssie UGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
